3 BALL TRAINING SET
· Why 3 different balls?
· There's a reason for the 3 different balls - each with a different weight.
· First, you start with the MuscleBall to develop proper stickhandling patterns and a proper wrist roll. The heavy weight makes the player mover slowly, thus enforcing the proper technique. Hockey specific muscles are also developed with the this ball.
· Then, you move to the SkillzBall to refine those patterns and further develop the techniques.
· Finally, the SpeedBall is where the player can really master their moves and work on their quickness and this is where they develop those lighning quick hands.
